Hackathon Scope clarification
From the hackathon description :-
"Solve critical bottlenecks across the entertainment and media value chain, specifically targeting the workflows of filmmakers, screenwriters, studio crews, or fans."
This might be a bit too dumb to ask but here, does it mean we are only allowed to make tools that will make the workflow easy for Hollywood/Netflix or big crews like this or can we also make something for lets say a youtube studio/tiktoker or social media influencer as well since these also fall under the entertainment category .

You are absolutely allowed—and highly encouraged—to build tools for YouTube studios, TikTokers, indie creators, and social media influencers.
The prompt's call to "solve critical bottlenecks across the entertainment and media value chain, specifically targeting the workflows of filmmakers, screenwriters, studio crews, or fans" is intended to define the genres of problems you should address, rather than restricting you to Hollywood budgets.
Here is why your idea fits perfectly:
Broad Definition of "Studio Crews": A modern "studio crew" isn't just a 200-person union crew on a Netflix set; it is also a one-man-band creator editing, scripting, and managing audio/VFX in their bedroom.
The Media Value Chain is Democratic: Creators on YouTube and TikTok face the exact same "bottlenecks" as traditional cinema (scriptwriting, storyboard/concept art creation, audio/SFX editing, multicamera synchronization, and audience fan engagement) but with significantly fewer resources.
Built for "One-Person" Productions: Agentic AI is a perfect match for individual creators who have to wear the hats of Director, Producer, Sound Engineer, and Editor all at once. An autonomous agent network that helps an influencer streamline their production pipeline fits the spirit of the hackathon's "Blockbuster" theme perfectly.
Creative Creator-Focused Ideas
If you target this audience, you can align with the hackathon's resources by building:
AI Script-to-Storyboard Agent: An agent that takes a TikTok script and automatically generates Imagen 3 VFX mood boards or concept art.
Multimodal YouTube Video Optimizer: An agent that analyzes raw video footage to auto-generate timestamped descriptions, video transcripts, or dialogue sentiment.
Automated Podcast / Audio Editor: An agent using Lyria or Gemini TTS to generate expressive multi-speaker dialogue or transition sound effects.
No matter who the end-user is, just make sure that your technical implementation strictly utilizes the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform / Agent Builder and integrates with one of the five partner tracks (IBM, Grafana, Parallel, ClickHouse, or Replit) at runtime.

My agents are built with Google ADK 2.7.1 on Gemini via Vertex AI, containerised on Cloud Run, the deployment target ADK's own docs list.
Does that satisfy 'Agent Builder', or must agents be deployed to Agent Runtime / Gemini Enterprise?
